All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

A to Z Monuments uses SSL encryption on all pages of the website. Order information is stored securely in the database (Supabase) with restricted access. Uploaded photos are stored securely through Uploadcare. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access.

All monuments are custom-made to order. Once an order is submitted, Tim Harris will personally review your specifications and contact you to confirm the design before any work begins. No stone is ordered or engraving started without your approval.
Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. A to Z Monuments accepts all major credit and debit cards through Stripe.
Due to the custom nature of every monument created by A to Z Monuments, all sales are final upon order submission. Once an order is received, materials are reserved and the design process begins immediately. A to Z Monuments is unable to offer refunds after an order has been submitted.
Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all order details — including inscription text, dates, monument type, size, and granite color — before submitting. A to Z Monuments will contact you to confirm all specifications before any stone is ordered or engraving begins, giving you one final opportunity to make corrections.

Turnaround times vary based on order volume and supplier availability. We will provide an estimated timeline when your order is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by supplier lead times, weather, or cemetery scheduling.
You are responsible for providing accurate inscription text, dates, and design specifications. A to Z Monuments is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer. Please review all details carefully before approving your order.

Services are provided in good faith and with the highest level of craftsmanship. Natural variations in granite color and texture are normal and not considered defects. Monument photos on the website are representative examples only.
